Regular Museum Hours: Saturday and Sunday, 1:00-5:00 p.m.
Saturday, March 1, 10 a.m. Museum reopens and the debut of Hometown Teams Smithsonian traveling exhibit. Note: The museum will conduct special hours during the exhibit. They are: Thursday, Friday & Saturday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. and Sunday, 1-5 p.m.
Hometown Teams Program Dates: All the programs are on Sunday at 2 p.m. at the St. Joseph Church Rectory, 304 West Ash (west side of town). Dates and topics are subject to change.

Sunday, April 13: Hometown Teams exhibit closes.
Museum resumes regular hours on Saturday, April 19 (which are Saturday/Sunday, 1-5 p.m.)
Saturday, April 26: Resale shop opens. Hours are the same as the museum.
Saturday, May 3, Spring Community Yard Sale Day.
The Museum and General Store is open 8 a.m.-5 pm.
Friday and Saturday, August 1 & 2, Cobden Peach Festival. The Museum and General Store is open from 8am-6pm on both days.
Saturday, October 4, Cobden Fall Fest Car Show. Southern Counties Auto Unlimited Car Show and other activities. Cobden Fall Community Yard Sale Day held. The Museum and General Store is open from 8am-5pm.
Saturday, October 11, Union County Colorfest. Activities planned in downtown Cobden. The Museum and General Store is open 9am-5pm.
Annual Christmas Bazaar. Dates: Sat., Nov. 15; Sun. Nov. 16; Sat., Nov. 22; Sun., Nov. 23; Fri., Nov. 28 (8am-4pm); Sat., Nov. 29; Sun., Nov. 30; Sat., Dec. 6; Sun., Dec. 7; Sat., Dec. 13. Annual event features Christmas decorations and gifts at reasonable prices. Hours for Saturday are 8am-4pm and for Sunday are 1-4 pm. Museum will close for the winter after the bazaar.
Saturday, December 6. Christmas in the Village. Open houses and holiday activities.

All Events at the Union County Museum are free and open to the public. No Admission charge.

The General Store is usually in operation when the museum is normally open. This depends on if we have enough volunteers to open both the museum and the store. Otherwise please use the above dates for official openings of the General Store.
